Return Policy for Online Shopping:
All goods will be delivered via regular courier service, after payment transaction is complete. Goods will be delivered to address as indicated by the customer. Once goods are received, customers will have the option to return goods if found to be defective. The steps to return goods are as follows"

2. Your case will be reviewed and a reply on how to return goods will be sent to customer.
3. All cases are reviewed until a resolution is reached for any products purchased on our website.
4. All complaints must be made within 10 days of purchase in order for it to be valid and processed accordingly for customer satisfaction.
5. Further queries can be made via email through membership email to our admin contact, on any product or services that we offer.
